By booking an appointment with Pawlished Pup, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

2. Pet Health & Safety

• Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns before the appointment.

• For the safety of all pets and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of aggression, illness, or is not up-to-date on vaccinations.

3. Grooming Results

• Every pet is unique, and grooming results may vary depending on coat condition, behavior, and health.

• Severe matting may require shaving for the comfort and well-being of the pet. Additional fees may apply.

4. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, grooming involves handling tools, water, and dryers. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks.

• Pawlished Pup is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, injuries due to matting, or reactions to grooming products.

5. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Prices may vary based on size, coat condition, and grooming requirements.
