Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Pawlished Pup, our goal is to provide the highest quality grooming services and pet care products to our customers. Please review our policy below:

1. Grooming Services

• All grooming services are non-refundable.

• If you are not satisfied with your pet’s grooming, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a complimentary touch-up, if appropriate.

2. Retail Products

• Unused and unopened retail products (such as shampoos, treats, or accessories) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed on unused retail products within 14 days of purchase.

• Price differences may apply if exchanging for an item of greater value.

5. Final Sale Items

• Clearance or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
